How many affiliate programs one can join?

I'd rather say LESS THAN 5. Yes, just 5 or even less.

Why 95% of affiliates fail means this is the foremost reason. They join every affiliate programs that come in their way and put a banners for few days on their web site and expect to make sales.

Or put 20 - 30 banners and buttons on their web pages, so to confuse the visitor.

This way nobody will be going to sell anything.

Which affiliate program?

If you ask me the above question, I will reply you with my question: What is your area of Interest?

Say you are interested in Search engines, select the affiliate programs that related to it like:

==An ebook that tells how to get good ranking in Google.
==Related to Pay per click search engines.
==Services related to search engine submissions.
==Search engine submission software.
==These are only few examples to concentrate if somebody interested in search engine related affiliate programs.

You can also choose affiliate programs that are related to your web site theme. Like if you are a web designer you can join in web hosting affiliate programs.

What ever you join, SELECT ONLY FEW PROGRAMS (LESS THAN 5) AND IN YOUR AREA OF INTEREST.
